Die beiden Valentino-Designer
Maria Grazia Chiuri und Pier Paolo Piccioli mieden es dem Altmeister allzu
sehr abzukupfern. So gibt es in der aktuellen Frühling/Sommer-Kollektion
keine roten Abendroben. Dennoch lässt sich ein starker Einfluss klassischer
Valentino-Elemente nicht leugnen.
Statt des typischen Rots sah man Kreationen in Beige, Crème, Rosa und Pudertönen. Die unterschiedlichsten Materialien kamen zum Einsatz: Chiffon-Rüschen, Organza, bestickter Tüll und Federn.
Die Augenbinden in teils knalligen Neon-Farben zogen sich durch die ganze Show.
